We will not use or pass your information to ANY third party. Retention of Title

All goods that you order remain our property until you have paid for them in full.

Complaints Policy

Our aim is that you will be completely satisfied with our service and with the goods and services that we sell. UK residents may prefer to telephone +44 1935 461900 (BT National rate) between 9am and 5 pm Mondays to Fridays. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions, your order and payment, the delivery of the goods you order form the basis of a contract under the law of England and Wales between you the customer and Glen Prince. Your statutory rights under the law of England and Wales are not affected by these terms and conditions.
